Order Tracking Application

The Order Tracking application is designed to track communication service orders as they flow through the provisioning process.  The application tracks the workflow steps of service orders from the point where the new service is requested to the point the service is actually provisioned and activated for the customer. The Order Tracking application has been built to meet the needs of Local Exchange Carriers (LEC) and Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC) in growing or volatile markets.

Built as a web-based application, the Order Tracking system limits desktop system requirements and provides streamlined maintenance through the web implementation.

The Order Tracking application is designed for use by various departments within a communications company organization, including:
