Wireless Site Mapping

The Wireless Site Mapping application is designed to graphically display cellular site coverage information in a web-based format. A wireless company's customer service organization can use the application to map customer complaints related to cellular coverage, based on the customer's location.

The graphical display also serves to provide key information for network engineers related to evaluating the current network and to assist in determining modifications that might need to be made. US Patent #6,343,290.
